Who We Serve
Supporting Individuals. Strengthening Families.
A Place Built for Your Loved One
At Calm Harbor Respite Club, we welcome adults experiencing Alzheimer's disease, other forms of dementia, Parkinson's disease, the effects of stroke, and other cognitive or memory-related challenges who can safely participate in a group setting.
Our program is designed for individuals who are ambulatory, able to feed themselves with minimal assistance, and enjoy engaging in meaningful social and recreational activities. Every participant is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect in a warm, welcoming environment.
Enriching Activities Each Session
We offer a variety of activities that promote cognitive stimulation, creativity, physical movement, and social connection.
- Arts and crafts
- Music, singing, and reminiscing
- Brain games and cognitive activities
- Gentle exercise and movement
- Group discussions and social interaction
- Seasonal celebrations and special events
- Healthy snacks and refreshments
Supporting Individuals. Strengthening Families.
Our goal is to provide a safe, engaging place where participants can enjoy friendship, purpose, and meaningful experiences — while giving family caregivers the opportunity to rest, recharge, and attend to their own well-being with peace of mind.
